  • Metropolitan Pavilion 125 West 18th Street New York, NY, 10011 (map)

We're excited to announce our partnership with Affordable Art Fair for the Fall edition of Lunch Time Talks.

Lunch Time Talks are inspiring and engaging conversations at the intersection of art, design and architecture for interior designers, architects, art advisors and the curious and creative-minded visitor. Held in the fair’s Inspiration Lounge on Level 2, these talks require a special ticket and come with General Admission to the fair, access to the talks and a complimentary boxed lunch.

Art, Design and the In-between: Pertinent art + design ideas and how to achieve them

Join Female Design Council (FDC), for a roundtable discussion with successful interior designers, a key art advisor and a coveted working artist who will share first-hand experience of how art makes the walls, floors and ceilings of the most exciting projects from an industry perspective. This talk will be moderated by Lora Appleton, Founder of kinder MODERN + Female Design Council, where she will delve deep into how it all comes about: How to engage your clients to invest in artwork, and support artistic possibility in both residential and commercial projects? How to move your artwork into large hospitality projects as well as to collectors? How to use art and design to foster community connection?
