Collectible & September Design Week 2025

Members at Collectible

  • Andreea Avram Rusu of Avram Rusu Studio is showing a new iteration of the “Botanica” chandelier and the new “Liana” collection, along with the “Menhir” console and “Iaz” mirror. The new “Botanica Spiral” explores the tension between concise geometry and organic form. “Liana” is a collection of hand-blown glass vessels that appear to gently unravel.

  • Caroline Chao and G-STAR are launching “The Art of RAW: The Roll Up Chair” — a one-of-a-kind, collapsible armchair crafted using a mix of byproducts from the fashion and construction industries. Inspired by the utilitarian heritage of denim, camping furniture, and military gear, the result is a conceptual design piece which combines denim, utility, and industrial byproducts, questioning: “Why can’t furniture fold like clothing?”

  • Crina Arghirescu Rogard of Crina Architecture is hosting the reception marking the close of Collectible NYC. Taking place in a Tribeca loft within the American Thread Building that she designed, the gathering invites guests to experience the interplay of architecture, art, and lived space.

  • Erica Sellers, co-founder of Studio S II, is leading tours of the House of S II in a Ridgewood townhouse that has drawn attention across leading design and cultural publications for its transformation into a cinematic environment where history collides with futurism.

  • BOND HARDWARE, founded by Dana Hurwitz, and Studio S II, co-founded by Erica Sellers, are coming together for “Studio S II x BOND HARDWARE || Piercing + Sound Immersive Experience.”

  • Teruko Kushi explores materiality, memory, and transformation through the language of metal in three new works, featured in the Otras Formas Gallery exhibition in the Main Garde of Collectible New York.

  • Juntos Projects, co-founded by Maria Huiza, will present the new “Isos Lounge Chair” — a study in materiality, color, and form.

  • Kamilla Csegzi presents “Counterformations,” featuring two sculptural works cast into air — a lighting sculpture and a coffee table — and mycelium grown in molds shaped by bubble wrap.

  • Art+Loom, founded by Samantha Gallacher, will exhibit their “Kolaz” collection of cut-out rugs, hand-knotted from wool, silk, linen, and allo.
